Mother Zephyr is a four-piece rock band headquarted in Northeastern Tennessee. We call our sound "fresh organic rock" because it's made by real people playing real intruments, in touch with their musical roots but living in the now. Why settle for canned music when you can get it fresh?
We trooped down to Jan-Mar restaurant on Broad Street in Kingsport a couple of weeks ago for a photo session. Thanks to Sonya Lockner for the great photos! Also thanks to Anissa for letting us use the restaurant.
We spent the winter hibernating in the studio, and now, we are coming back out into the light with some new recordings for our demo CD. The three original tracks are “Flying to the Moon”, “Amnesia”, and “Dishpan Hands”, and you can check them out on the music page.
